Question #5
In the next year, I hope the economy improves so that I can get lots of scholarships. It probably will. I think the situation in the Middle East is still being underestimated in regard to time. I don't like the fighting, but now that we decided to interfere with other cultures on a different continent, we should see our changes through. I don't think the US is necessarily on the "right" track, but we are on the USA track.

I do agree with your point of view. I don't think the situation in the middle East is worth it given that i don't believe in wars.
ReplyDeletehopefully US will get on the right track throughout this 2010.
And I also hope you could get scholarships ;)
Hahaha, amen to the scholarships.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree that we need to just finish up what we're planning on doing in Afghanistan so we can be as efficient as possible, so we don't have another Iraq-like War on our hands and just sort of hang there for a bit.
I don't know... doesn't the fact that we're pulling out mean that we've achieved goals? Actually, I'm thinking that that may just be the problem. What does winning in Afghanistan mean? what is the solid goal that we are trying to reach? It all seems kind of vague to me. At this rate we will never "win".
